Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Everyone was a beginner at one point!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! (Consistency + Intensity = Results)
Not only do we provide 1 on 1 in person training, but we also write 6-week workout plans that are personalized for your specific goals. This is a cheaper alternative to 1 on 1 personal training that still provides the structure and routine needed to stay consistent. Please inquire via email!
